        It's legal because in the US, we have freedom of speech and association.

        The difficult we do right away... ...the impossible takes slightly longer.

          Why should national socialism and the right wing be illegal purely on the actions of one man and is gang 60 years ago? If you extend that logic virtually all government or ideology should be illegal. (Not a bad thing in some respects, but meat for a different debate).

          ============================== Nothing to say.

            This is a common misconception - that Nazism represents the right. The full name of the Nazi party is "National Socialist German Workers' Party." Those are left wing words.

                    Agreed. The Nazis actions are entirely consistent with the extreme left. Mass murder, authoritarianism, centralized control of the economy. One only needs to look at Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot to see the parallel.

                          Well, if you accept that the left wish to create a more egalitarian society, then Death is certainly a great (but extreme) leveller. However, the Nazis were not particularly egalitarian and you could be an entrepreneur, get rich, own property, etc. Their actions were extreme, but not, to me, extreme left. As for authoritarian mass murderers, there are plenty of examples of those throughout history, many of them Emperors and Monarchs.
