Your memory and mine differ somewhat. I mostly recall it being a place where one particularly tin-foil-behatted member could be contained and as a place where you could take a brewing argument with another member without the flurry of univotes. Now we all live in sweet harmony and Mr Bacofoil Beret has fallen silent, of course it isn't much in use.
