          Please do not ask for urgent help. It is rude. This is a volunteer site. Have you tried using the datepicker control from the AjaxControlToolkit? Start with that since it is already built.

            Use Simple AJAX Control Toolkit CalendarExtender control...and put the TargetControlProperty as the ID of TextBox where you need the Date
