That isn't anti-Indian, and any 'news' source that uses the word "Prez" needs to be shut down to protect those who might read it.

Every man can tell how many goats or sheep he possesses, but not how many friends.

Does the President's position on gay marriage actually matter though? Does this make it more likely that it will become legal in the US? Is it a federal or state issue?

Wait and see what he does in the next 4 years. He'll finish putting the last nail in the coffin.

Poor man. He got a raw deal. The liberals hate him (now) because he ain't liberal enough and the conservatives hate him because he is a liberal.

It is a state issue. Just as the legalization of interracial marriage was.

Maybe because you were serious to put the word seriously and that people thought you were serious, they forgot that it has a joke icon. :-D Have a 5 on your other post.

That were exactly my thoughts. It directly jumped at me! :)

It is state at this point but I think the Fed court could step in an over rule any state decision. If this was the case they would be overrooling no same sex marriage ammendments as it could be argued they are unconstitutional, where as they can not over rule the allowance of same sex marriage since one can not argue that is unconstitutional (atleast I do not see a relevant argument there...)

Computers have been intelligent for a long time now. It just so happens that the program writers are about as effective as a room full of monkeys trying to crank out a copy of Hamlet.
