I'm not sure if this something about me, but I look at those pictures and wonder if they encouraged them to actually piss themselves to get the correct effect or just tried to fake it.

You never know. I pee'd myself after looking at it so that I'd look cooler. I think it worked, people can't take their eyes off me. It's like ever since I did it I'm so cool people are just staring in awe.
