All I see is some Max Headroom impersonator introduce something called the "Weiner Circle" which I'm pretty sure is gay slang for something I prefer not to think about. After which the outrageous one from Will and Grace proceeds to order food from some women that, quite frankly, could convince me to bat for the other team. The foul mouthed dog is pretty cool though, shames he has been bleeped.
Sort of a cross between Lawrence of Arabia and Dilbert.[^]

Ok, I feel like I should be the resident expert on the "Weiner Circle" place. You may recognize it from Stephen Fry in America when he stops in Chicago and grabs a hot dog with a local comedian, Tim Baltz. However, he went during the day, when they were nice. It is much, much worse than what they show in the clip on Conan, with a lot of the insults being racially charged. [^] Clip from This American Life. I will, however, recommend anyone that goes there to get the "Chocolate Shake," the $20 one. (I haven't, and I won't, but I'm sure you can google around for a video of it).
