Bloodied Snow

Yesterday (Jan 1) I took the kids to the tallest mountain on the Island to see the snow. Since it's summer having useable snow isn't too common. After I had a bit of a play with them, I sneaked of to see some guys I knew their. They were creating a NEXDAS (New eXtreme Dangerous Alpine Sport) For various reasons they allowed me to become a victemolunteer. All I can say is it was a hell of an experience, that left me bashed and mangled to the max. To cut a long story short, the Doctor could not believe I didn't have any broken bones, and due to my blood pressure drop, guesses I must have lost at least a litre of blood. Also I had to have applied over 140 square inches of burns dressings for snow burn. Ouch. :-(( Regardz Colin J Davies

I think the Indian cricket team should be taken for a ride and asked to do the NEXDAS stuff, its so humiliating so far :-( , I hope Sachin would be fit and hopefully makes a difference. Did you watch any of the matches, I did :-( p.s do you follow cricket ? regards Kannan

Did you watch the latest James Bond movie? Wasn't it great when he emerged surfing from that tidal wave with a parachute in his hands? I got a great kick out of that. :-) And what you described reminded me of that scene. Anyway, I hope you recover soon. Regards, Alvaro
