Accessibility Article with HTML5 on MSDN

I was working on an article on accessibility with HTML5, I was wondering if anybody would be interested in reviewing my article for MSDN, the reviewers will be acknowledged. so far i have got is W3C POUR Principle, and two important aspect of Web Accessibility, Progressive enhancement and ARIA and how it can be implemented on Web pages like home page, Contact form, FAQ page etc. Any experts or experienced developer on accessibility ? Any other comments suggestion ?

Have you ever used a screen reading device and worked with a visually impaired user? If not, then the article is not relevant. It is eye opening, to say the least. I had a Web App go through a State Accessibility approval and part of the process was sitting down and using the Application through a screen reader.
Need custom software developed? I do custom programming based primarily on MS tools with an emphasis on C# development and consulting. I also do Android Programming as I find it a refreshing break from the MS. "And they, since they Were not the one dead, turned to their affairs" -- Robert Frost

thanks for your comment, i agree with you without a real testing on the screen reader, we are just talking about theories. I have tries Lynx browser, other Screen readers are too expensive for testing. what other impression you had with your experience, this article is meant for web developers creating website which is accessible to all?
