My friend from Australia[^] has just purchased "Being Human" season 2 from iTunes. Apparently Apple still aren't bothered that they are sending me her receipts. I thought about resetting her password, but it looks like you can't do that without first downloading iTunes which I really don't want to do.

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I first got my gmail account years ago, except with Amazon. Someone registered using my email address - Amazon must not have verified it - and ordered Mouse Trap (the game). I figured it was a gift for a kid so I waited until the order went through and was delivered, then reset the password and all the info (deleting their credit card and address) and still use it as my Amazon account. Which, after all, it is, because it's my email address :) If you wanted to be kinda creepy and evil, you could reset her password, login to iCloud.com (I think it is) which uses the same account info (usually) and start playing with the find my iphone feature. If she has an iPhone (or a Mac with the feature turned on), you can track it, erase it, make it play a sound or - and this might be fun - have it pop up a message.

Look at me still talking when there's science to do When I look out there it makes me glad I'm not you

I would go with the pop up a message option.. to much fun to be had there.

Common sense is not a gift it's a curse. Those of us who have it have to deal with those that don't.... Be careful which toes you step on today, they might be connected to the foot that kicks your butt tomorrow. You can't scare me, I have children.
