Third and fourth place don't have their sex designated.. :-\ Doesn't that indicate that 29% of the violators had fines of 761,520 and that the remaining 71% of the violators had fines of 2,900,000? Anybody can see that men's fines were 40,845 per percentage of offenders, while women's fines were 26,259. And that assumes that it not men handing off the offences to the women - not that anyone would do that - I'm sure that Chris Huhne is innocent. As was OJ.
