The record airliner flight from London to New York is 2 hours, 52 minutes, 59 seconds from takeoff to touchdown with the Concorde. This aircraft triples that speed, although this particular craft is built like a missile and is not suitable for passenger flight. Still, quite an achievement.

It was broke, so I fixed it.

The report on the snake I saw had footage of them cutting it open and included the line "The python - now dead - "

The article was interesting, and I also enjoyed reading through the comments at the bottom of the article. Some people are very funny. :)

I didn't see that part but dead is the only way I'd try cutting it open.

Lister: Sir, just suppose... suppose if I had a cat, what would you do with Frankenstein? Captain Hollister: I'd send it down to the medical bay and have it cut up and run tests on it. Lister: Would you put the cat together again? Captain Hollister: Lister, the cat would be dead. Lister: With all due respect sir, what's in it for the cat?

Malta's got it right. Everyone drives down the middle -- and there are never any collisions!

:) I just though it looked a lot like the IBCM they were proposing to build a while back. So that was the reason for the quiestion ;)

I think it's going to be the "wave" of the future. Hopefully this will be available commercially within the next 10 years or so. Not sure of what diaper I would need for Mach 6 though :)
