      What, no link? I had to google, and I didn't find many relevant sites. What is Oracle Forms? But answering that probably answers your question.. As far as I'm been able to find, it doesn't even look like a language, so it can't be a programming language either.

        I'm thinking of it's not a programming language, it's only a visual form designer for oracle database applications. wikipedia says that, it's not a programming language. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programming_languages_by_type[^]

                    My impression is that no one is going to be using Oracle Forms unless a programmer is involved. Might be an in house programmer or a consultant but it still comes from somewhere. So to a higher level business person it might seem like a progamming language.
