How to Position items in RDLC for Pre-Printed paper

Hi i just created RDLC for pre-printed paper. which means paper contains certain Space for each item. Ex : For Address : it has separate Space. problem is that in my RDLC i had to use Tab lix for display certain information.Number of Rows for that tablix coulb be get very according to the Situation.
Suddenly i found out when the Rows for that Tab lix increases RDLC textboxes and other items after the Tab lix also go down in the paper even i have provided Enough Space for table . BUt i have provided enough Space for the Table in my report.so i just put that table in to a rectangle and set rag tangle as a parent. but it also did not work.if you could help me on this matter that would be a great help for me.Thanks in Advance
