My friend has a company in Southern California that wants to hire a few Microsoft Dynamics programmers. What web site would you use to find such people? (Does Codeproject have a jobs section? I couldn't find it)

    Regards, Björn Morén Stockholm, Sweden

Twitter. Seriously, reach out to true people to people networks like Twitter. Get personal recommendations and personal advertising. Hitting bit job sites (Monster, etc.), or even LinkedIn, won't get you more than the typical candidate pool (possibly one good candidate per 50). Person to person recommendations don't get as many candidates, but they get a better class of candidate. Look for the user groups for Dynamics and talk to them. They should know people who want a new position.

None of the best developers I know even go near twitter. Most of the idiots I know are all over it.

I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!
