I do not buy this. There is not a shred of evidence here. Give the Hummer guy a medal? WTF. Maybe he just hit the other guy and made the rest up.

funny you should say this, I passed a NL tagged van on Saturday on the M62 outside Hull, the driver was not only on his mobile but it looked like he was texting!

only a complete moron would use a mobile while driving, not sure what that makes a texter! and yes we do have a large number of said morons on our roads, I want a portable EMP device that will not only trash the phone but the car electronics as well - a perfect solution
