Android Call Background music

Guys anyone knows whether there is any app we can use for playing music in the background while in a call?...

I use Call Master[^] for that, and telemarketer calls get blocked automatically. :)

I hope your device is rooted though. Because this app blocks call at the root level, and your phone will never ring or the screen won't come on when such calls are blocked.
