I have seen samples of OCR in C#. How To: Use Office 2007 OCR Using C#[^] is one such example.

I think that wasn't the question. The question was, in which language you are able to programm for android. Well, I don't know if it's possible to execute mathlabs-Programm on Android, but it's possible for C#, 'cause there Mono for Android: http://xamarin.com/monoforandroid[^]

Very interesting, however, this information is more appropriate in your profile page where people can look it up if they desire.

Text speech and pushing for reply (urgent, reply quick, ...) is frowned upon. Everyone here is replying on their own free will, meaning they will reply if they can, want and have the time. Write full sentences and don't wait for a reply, if you get a step further you can always update your question or ask a new one. to get a reply it is always useful to indicate what you have done already. (although in this case it is more or less clear) Happy questioning :-)

Completely irrelevant because you have already made a platform decision and had you done any research at all, you'd know that MatLab does not run on Android.

Again, a quick search on the internet would have found the answer. Yes, you can run a Mono version - there's one from a company called Xamarin called MonoDroid, but it probably has big limitations as far as you are concerned - it's not free.
