Did you tried Google[^]? I don't know whether you are going to get it free. But if you spend a little then you can get the domain and hosting panel easily.

Now a days hosting price is very low. if this is for testing purpose then you can get free subdomain hosting very easily or you can purchase your own website in very few $. godaddy is best with service and price. i am using it.
