Is he good, evil, or somewhere in between? If you're going to share your opinion, I'm also curious as to the country in which you live. Sean Winstead

Neither. He's a CIA plant. His real name is Eric and he's originally from Wisconsin. ;P

somewhere in between I think Evil Saddam is dead in the first Gulf war. On his own he can't attack USA. But looking at achievement made by Al Queda, he can supply money/WMD to them. That's the point Bush is scared of. Kant Sonork-100.28114 Don't  and Drive.

Not that this is any of the business of the USA, but if you just look at his human rights issue, he is an evil man. We aren't talking about stuff like someone got beat up by policemen or even borderline torture. We are talking about institutionalized policies of terror on his own people. http://www.hrw.org/press/2002/12/iraq1217.htm[^] Tim Smith I'm going to patent thought. I have yet to see any prior art.

actually, the "his own people" is irrelevent. If you use nerve gas on anyone, you are evil. But, in his case, he never considers Kurds his people. As far as I understand, he just wants the territory without the Kurds. In the present context, he would attack US; but if US had not done "Desert Storm", and left Kuwait to Saddam, he would be the "friend" in the MiddleEast.
