    I'd heard of the new C++ standard, however, it turns out theres also a new C standard: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C11_%28C_standard_revision%29[^] Never heard of it till I found it by accident!

      Yes, unfortunately the new keywords don't make any sense. An underscore and then a capital letter?!

        They followed the same design guide as T-SQL and COBOL.
