I took the kids to the Sydney Royal Easter Show. You (the generic you) Yanks should think Carnival. I spent AUD$520.00 for the day and the joke is I haven't had a full time job since August and the manual labouring jobs I have been doing have dropped to 2-3 days a week for the past couple of months.

Both of them and that includes not having to pay for the wife or boy to get in (they had fee tickets) also they didn't go on as many rides as they normally do and didn't play any of those games where you spend a fortune trying to win a 50 cent prize. We normally go to the Hawkesbury Show and get away doing more stuff an only spending AUD$400.00, but this year the boy was doing Work Placement at the Royal Easter Show so the Missus wanted to go.
