Hello! Doubtless some of you have heard of the match Kasparov vs. Deep Blue played several years ago; well, IMB has created its next chess computer 'Deep Junior' which is playing Kasparov for the next two weeks in 6 or so games. The first game was played today (Kasparov-Deep Junior) with Deep Junior resigning after Kasparov's 27th move. The next game will be played Tuesday at 3:30 EST. You can watch the games live (and see the last game) at Kasparov VERSUS Deep Junior[^]. Talk to you later! Sincerely, Alexander Wiseman Est melior esse quam videri It is better to be than to seem

I hope Kasparov loses. He always strikes me as very arrogrant and sure of his own superiority. Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk

I hope that Kasparov wins , despite his arrogancy , it the best chess player ever . Thanks for the link :-) Cheers,Joao Vaz And if your dream is to care for your family, to put food on the table, to provide them with an education and a good home, then maybe suffering through an endless, pointless, boring job will seem to have purpose. Whatever happened to humility? Sorry, but anyone who acts superior or looks down on others loses my respect instantly - no matter how brilliant they are. I think he could learn a thing or two from the late Prof. Richard Feynman. Now there was a true genius who didn't need to brag about it! Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk
