I though it was obvious... If an application takes long to load and have a topmost splash screen, then I cannot use other apps in a meantime. Or at least, a spl een makes it tricky. Greetings - Jacek

You can sometimes move them by right-clicking the button in the taskbar, then clicking and dragging -- but not always.
