You don't, you remove it in the BIOS.

if you know the password you Can remove it in Bios Settings [ By pressing F2 or Del on restarting Your computer ]. :) if you dont know the pass. you have to go to an technician i think he will reprogram the Bios Chip

If you are using desktop try removing battery on Motherboard and put it again, This clears bios password. But you have to set date and time again

there is jumber to reset BIOS on mother board you have to change jumper to reset bios, or you can remove bios battery and then fit it again it will also reset bios and paassword will be lost for bios also do reset to date and time

There are a few software which can also reset CMOS settings or BIOS password or both within a few clicks. But as stated above you should have access to a system which is turned on and should have access to MS DOS or MS Windows
