I finally have crossed over into the world of multiple monitors. :-D I actually "remembered" that I had an extra 17" monitor here that wasn't being used. Ran down to the computer store and grab an el cheapo video card. Now, I've got it all setup. What I want now is like another "taskbar". One of the things that I hate is when my start bar gets all full when I have a ton of stuff open. It would be cool if I could put another taskbar on the other monitor and take the programs off of my startbar on my primary monitor. It would be things like MusicMatch and other associated things. Any ideas? Thanks, Jonathan

I use Ultramon from Realtimesoft[^]. It's quite configurable and works great. Cheers James

What you are looking for (and me too) is rather a "stretched" desktop over multiple monitors. The only consumer card to support that is the newer NVidia and Matrox video cards. Unfortunately, ATI (I have Radeon 8500 DVI) has not been able to this yet with any of their cards. Guess I'll start saving for that GeforceFX :) Who is this miscrosoft, and what devilish plans have they for us?
