Database on cloud

Hello I'm going to create my new WPF application. I'm also new with cloud computing. I would like to know if there are cloud services(maybe free, cheap) letting me to use a shared database on the cloud that can be used by different client trough my wpf application. I'm weak in english language..forgive mistakes
