I was reading this: Mom Gives Kids Homemade Lunch, School Forces Them to Eat Ritz Crackers[^] and that was bad enough. But in the comments section, I found a link to: NWT Food Guide - Eat foods from each group every day for health[^] and got an education on the nutritional habits of my northern neighbors. My favorites: Under "Milk and Milk Substitutes" Other calcium-rich foods to eat regularly: • soft animal bones • seaweed • fish heads and bones (yum-yum X|) Under "Fruit and Vegetables" Organ Meat • 2-3 ounces (60-90 g) liver, heart Animal Fats and Oils • These traditional sources of vitamins and minerals can be used regularly, but not in large amounts; caribou, seal, muktuk Remember kiddies, an apple a heart a day, keeps the doctor away. :wtf: I also wonder what beluga whale tastes like. P.S.: I posted this here in fear of the likely political comments that it will ensue.

A little salty, and quite chewey - but they do have soft bones and have usually eaten at least some seaweed!

You'd be surprised to see the Australian menu items.

Thank you for not posting "it tastes like chicken". In the US, the factory produced, pharmaceutically altered crap that they call chicken does not taste like chicken.
