What kind of a clever dll throws this kind of an exception: "Error: the operation completed successfully"

On internet pages like "40-funny-error-messages-youve-never-seen-before" it's amusing... but' it could be something that disturbs the fineness of the coffee break :java: (Coffee break: those 8 hours that I take to make my 0.5 hours of coding efficient).

Any DLL that calls GetLastError() without first checking whether the operation succeeded or failed.

Good code requires a clear head! Well, not always, I do find my coding often follows this graph[^].
