here is the paper: Global warming causes increase in crime.[^] Reported by a typical media outlet here[^] Refuted by the same media outlet here, Britain is most violent country in Europe[^] And in terms of murder rate per 100,000 actual figures show that this so called science is actually and unmittigated pile of shit: Finland beats Malta and Spain by a mile[^] Yet I am sure that the facts wont stand in the way of this so called science being swallowed greedilly by the true believers any more than they stopped it getting published.

I recall Labour using the weary, dreary political cheesy slogan I first saw the ANC use in SA in the buildup to the 1994 elections: "Tough on crime, touch on the causes of crime. Smash crime. Vote ANC." Nothing's changed.
