    That isn't really an excuse: we had a case in 2012 when a male teacher ran off to France with a 15YO female student: http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/349282/Teacher-who-ran-off-with-girl-15-to-be-flown-back[^] - she was certainly willing, but it was still wrong in so many ways. Just because the juvenile wants something, doesn't make it right. In the case of teacher / pupil relationships, it is a worse break of trust than "normal" underage sex (which is itself statutory rape IIRC) because the teacher should very, very definitely know better regardless of gender.

    I fully agree with you, a teacher should know that even if the Student is willing ist not legal. Teacher + Student -> WRONG Teacher + underaged -> WRONG but i am neither of both :)

    if(this.signature != "") { MessageBox.Show("This is my signature: " + Environment.NewLine + signature); } else { MessageBox.Show("404-Signature not found"); }

      Why is it OK in your eyes for a female to abuse a position of trust and have sex with an underage boy in her care, and not when the genders are reversed?

      I don't know about you, but when I was 15 I wouldn't have called it abuse! (She might be a teacher, but she is tasty I think you'll agree)

          Just because you wouldn't have called it that (and I wouldn't at that age, I'd have called it a miracle) doesn't stop it being abuse. That's kinda the point of having a legal age of consent - and teachers are supposed to be in a position of trust, which includes not taking advantage of students.

            How is it taking advantage? How is it abuse? Its only wrong in the eyes of the law and that's the issue. We have some arbitrary law inherited from some other age, laid down by some sexually repressed and morally judgemental law makers. Do you really base your concept of right and wrong on that?

              No - I base them on my standard of behaviour, but I don't expect people to live up to that. Heck I have difficulties living up to my standard from time to time! But...you do need a "cutoff point" or you do end up with abuse. If you don't have an (admittedly arbitrary) age-based limit then you need to have a "competence test" system of some form which is horrendous to organise, administer, and monitor. The cutoff point in the UK is set as 16 (Vatican city has it at 12) which is pretty much reasonable - not so high that you can't fornicate befoer middle aged spread sets in, but at a point by which all "reasonable" people would agree that someone should be able to make their own decisions. Remove the cutoff point completely and you have a licence for perverts to do what they want, when they want: I imagine it would be relatively easy to "persuade" a four year old to do almost anything if you had enough chocolate. The "position of trust" bit is even easier: you don't do it.

                Well that age is taking it too far of course, that not what this story is about so it isn't relevant. In fact there is existing law to protect anyone from begin forced to have sex, so the only reason that we have an age of consent is because we don't think any one under that age is capable of deciding. And that's a mistake. Loads of kids decide to have sex below that age, heck its normal to lose your virginity at about 14 or 15. I don't see any reason that being shown the ropes by an experience older woman, and we are only talking about a woman in her 20s here, is a bad thing, and compared to the furtive, and clumsy sex 14 years olds have, probably a good thing.

                    Where is the high five icon, remember the lame Adam Sandler movie? The entire arrest and court scenes were so funny and so true.

                      Well, maybe because a lot of male students want to do it with the good looking female teacher. But it's still not okay :) I'd try to date her when i leave School XD (what i already have, so get her to meh :-\ !)
