Yeah wouldn't recommend clicking Googles "I'm feeling lucky" on that one. Was going to put a warning in my sig. saying don't Google but of course that would just have the opposite effect.

No, not all - but you just get a "sense" that some of them are not quite what they purport to be: it can be font, a change in writing style, word choice, or just the images chosen.
