I just do not understand how many times and in how many ways I need to tell people that the way you are trying to do things is just not going to work. No one cares and that makes me mad cause when everything will get messed up, I will have to clean the crap. I have done it many times before and I have no interest in doing it again.
I feel you, Dude! Our Development here is an utter mess, too - Managers keep trying to abuse "agile" as synonym for "squeeze out spaghetti code ASAP!".
I will never again mention that Dalek Dave was the poster of the One Millionth Lounge Post, nor that it was complete drivel.

Funny, the last week or so I kept getting annoyed at some guy who keeps telling me that "it's not going to work" - that's basically his standard reply to anything. Usually it's about trivial things that will definitely work. I suspect that part of it may be that when I suggest a change, he'll analyse how that change would break things in the absence of any other changes, instead of figuring out how to actually integrate the change. For example, change that variable name? Not gonna work, because the rest of the code is using the old variable name. :doh: He's also the kind of guy who doesn't replace placeholders in example code, and then complains that it doesn't work.

I stick with music, and preferrably watch NCIS [(LA)], Criminal Minds and stuff like that. I do watch movies, but only with friends at a cinema - I'm rather a music listener...
