Yes, but not everyone sticks to the rules. Remember that there are over 10,000,000 members here, and that is bound to include at least one troll or unicellular life-form.

Yes, you never will know and you can't change it. I wrote hundred answers in the SharePoint section, got one or two upvotes and a lot of downvotes. One wrote me, he wasn't able to use my answer because he didn't know anything about sharepoint. A few days after that someone upvoted all the questions but not one of my answers. So I decided, when my answers won't help anybody, I have to stop answering questions. I have more time now, because I don't read those boards and questions and I don't have to write answers.

Sorry for the delay of replay As you said I am bothering less on downvotes.If my questions always get downvoted how can get rid of my problems by questioning on this community.I have to search for another one.If my question Has any problems I can solve that if anybody say that.
