New article still in "pending" status

Hi, My new article[^] is still in pending status. In fact for some reason went into deleted status short while ago. I have submitted articles before and they get approved quite quickly. Is there any reason why this is taking longer? I can not see this article in my "submitted article" page as well. I am more concerned about that than the time it takes for approval. I understand moderators may be busy at a specific time. Thanks in advance for your help.

Articles usually get published fairly quickly. As you can see yours is now out in the wild
