CP Articles on CD???

I've been receive mails from a guy called "Mohsen Saad" . It's about putting my articles on CD. Hello,We are creating a cd for C++ source code.This cd will be distributed for free we will charge duplication and distribution costs.So please give us the permission to include your article on it so it will be available for more people.Thanks in advance If putting the articles on CD was to be made by somebody, I'd say the CP team itself.
