              There was a #WhyImVotingUkip hashtag introduced by UKIP leading up to polling day that was swiftly hijacked by people making up stupid reasons. Of course stupid reasons were those most often given by the supporters too, not wanting to have Shakira Law imposed was a genuine reason IIRC. My favourite satirical effort was; Because I'm worried black people will start breeding with gay people and we'll create a master race of amazing dancers. The OP is making a parody, or maybe a pastiche, of the UKIP voter, not having a clue what they are actually voting for or worried about, the same with his follow up confusing Kosher and Islam.
