Beginner/ Programming languages of the future

I have some basic knowledge of C/C++ and java and now looking for answers because i am not sure which way to go. One day i would like to work as a programmer so i want to know which programming languages have the biggest perspective in the future? And for example if i choose java, what does java programmer have to know to get a job? If this is already answered somewhere, i would be grateful if some could link it to me. Also, if there is some noob friendly forum where i could ask questions like these, fell free to post a link.
