I'm working on a project that has required translating some source code comments from Japanese to English. In some cases, I've relied on a web-based translator. Sometimes the results are... illuminating. Here's one example from today: The web translator said: "For success one must aquire one's self" My translation based on the code: "If the copy of the this pointer is valid, return true. :-D:-D:-D Great, huh? Marshall If you continue to do the same things you always did,
don't be surprised if you get the same results you always got.

Awesome! The "Ghost in the Machine" has spoken. It is ok for women not to like sports, so long as they nod in the right places and bring beers at the right times.
