what's the Grand Conservative Significance of a guy in an Israeli t-shirt? and, as for Rush getting all uptight that no-one protested Clinton's use of cruise missles... did Rush whole heartedly approve of Clinton's missile strikes, or did he rant and rave like a retard the whole time it was going on simply because there's no way he could approve of anything Clinton did? (i tried to search his site, but all the old stuff seems to be pay-only). and, did Rush RRR (Rant and Rave like a Retard) at the fact that the US did nothing to help Rwanda? why, no he didn't. a search for "rwanda" turns up 12 articles, all of which seem to be about Clinton. the guy's a big fat idiot. -c

Upon reflection, I don't recall being a bit upset about him throwing missles into Iraq. However, in light of his other missle attacks (aspirin factory in Sudan and Afganistan) I can see where some would be questioning his motives. Why didn't you cry foul when Clinton did it, or did you? That's what Rush is crying about, the fact that most prominent democrats were all for the missle strikes but now, when there is a clear and present danger from terrorists receiving aid from Saddam, the democrats all line up behind the anti-war protesters. Its not about being against war, its about being against Bush isn't it Chris? You hate him, and you're still mad that he "stole" the election. Chris Losinger wrote: he won't take opposing viewpoints on his show, nobody is allowed to speak except for people who agree with him, or people too weak to defend themselves against his personality. Apparently you don't listen much. Liberal minded people call in all the time and he quite effectively puts down their arguments. I agree that Rush is very polarizing, but I have heard him give limited praise to some democrats for things they have done. Chris Losinger wrote: prove it. prove how Iraq is more of a danger than Saudi Arabia, NK or Pakistan. The people of SA and Pak may be more dangerous than most, but their governments seem to have a vested interest in being nice to the US. Saddam and NK, on the other hand, have governments that actively and vocally hate the US. Big difference there. Chris Losinger wrote: i don't think there's a valid reason for war. I'll accept that argument from you, but a large number of the protesters were communists (there was a communist table on the sidewalk in SF), anarchists and Bush haters. If Clinton or Gore were president, they would be silent as evidenced by their lack of opposition to BC's bombings of Iraq, et al. BTW, I have nothing against anti-war protesters who are actually against war for idiological reasons and who have actually thought about their opinions. These people probably would have been against WWII and that's their prerogative.

Chris Losinger wrote: he won't take opposing viewpoints on his show, nobody is allowed to speak except for people who agree with him, or people too weak to defend themselves against his personality. I agree that Rush is very polarizing, but I have heard him give limited praise to some democrats for things they have done.
