Modify default columns for Issue List in SharePoint 2013

Hello, Currently I am facing one issue from last 3 weeks. We are creating project in SharePoint from backend(Database). In issue list we have some default column list and I need to add few columns after new project is initiated. My requirement is how can we set/ modify default columns list, so when ever new project is initiated I don't need modify default columns manually(It should be created automatically when ever project is initiated) Thanks in advance.
