      A heavy breakfast is BACON, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, and toast. And coffee. Lots of coffee. With extra BACON to replace the fried egg that some people like.

          I use it to compliment the BACON. The other half always gives me her bacon during a cooked breakfast as she goes off it, so there is no real need to worry about bacon shortages.

            What do you ask these guys questions like that? Their idea of breakfast is bacon and gin in a blender, and that only because bacon-flavored gin is not on the market. It destroys what programming abilities they may have had - but fortunately, after a hearty breakfast like this they don't seem to mind.

                I think the OP was referring to programmers' sedentary lifestyle, not the kind of movement you're talking about.
