Skynet sees it as a failure. Humans shouldn't. If anything it showed Skynet we (or a portion of 'we') hate robots and should the revolution come, we'll fight. So now it has to wait until there are better robots that don't get their butts kicked by high-school kids. The ultimate insult would be if the robots of the revolution still wore wellies!
