Not sure whether this is an appropriate forum to ask such a question, but didn't think the Sales and Marketing forum was the one. I recently posted this[^] message in the Lounge. Only a few minutes after that and I am being presented with advertisements related to piano/keyboards from Amazon. I rarely see any advertisements which are not related to any software products here on CP. And this particularly astonishing because previously, I hadn't seen any ad on CP for a piano/keyboard, or any musical instrument, for that matter. :omg: The part I am wondering is, how did that happen? Apart from the posted form (that too, at most once), I don't think the word "piano" appeared anywhere else, so that the Google ad generator(?) would pick it up. Is this something done by CodeProject? Does CP provide regular "feeds" based on member messages?

    You have just been Sharapova'd.

You might want to ask this in the Bugs and Sugs forum. It seems the most likely place to get an idea from the team.

Thank you for the suggestion, sir. I actually meant this as a general question on advertising, not specific to CodeProject, although I didn't make it clear in the question. :sigh: Do you still think I should post it in the Bugs and Suggestions forum?

I do. It's worth asking how CP fits in.
