OK, so I have to disappear into a meeting now that will most likely last the rest of the day, so being as nobody got it so far, here's the answer and solution.... The answer = PROPAGANDA as in "Proper" and "Gander", London slang for a really good look, ie: "have a proper gander at that" ... I'll get my coat :doh:
