Yesterday I reported that the Google RSS API is deprecated and no longer functional. The AnuglarJS based RSS Reader I created and documented here at CP became unavailable. FreedReadR: RSS Reader Created With AngularJS[^] Fixed and Running Again Sans Google API So my reader, allows you to pull the articles from the RSS and read them -- without all the advertisements in many cases (ComputerWorld, CIO, InfoWorld, Yahoo News, . That's a challenge to load the content on the fly and display it, but I figured out how to do that and documented it here at CP in two other articles: Retrieve any Web Content via AJAX, from any URL (domain), in Any Browser, without XSS Error: Part 2[^] and GrabberProxy: Retrieve any web content via AJAX, from any URL(domain), in any browser, without XSS error.[^] You can try the reader without logging in at: http://newtonsaber.com/freedreadr[^]
