We'd like to start using source control and sharing projects again. I've tried looking at the web pages on TFS, and even created an account. It seems like our code would be uploaded to a server somewhere (which the boss doesn't want). Is there a local repository source control option? We are using VS 2015 and 2013.

I need an app that will automatically deliver a new BBBBBBBBaBB (beautiful blonde bimbo brandishing bountiful bobbing bare breasts and bodacious butt) every day. John Simmons / outlaw programmer

You can install an on-premise version of Team Foundation Server[^] or Git[^], and never touch the cloud. :) NB: If you can live with the limitations, TFS Express[^] is free; otherwise, you might have to pay for it if you don't already have a license. Git is totally free.
