      I know that - but when I was in Paris over the weekend - a group of french lads (18-24) was using this word quite a lot in the conversation between themselves - or a phrase that sounded like Chihuahua

      Technically speaking the dictionary would define Visual Basic users as programmers.
      But here again, a very generalized, liberal definition is being employed and it's wrong

          Calling the Chihuahua a race of dog is like calling me an assembly programmer because I spent 2 minutes once with it (with assembly, not a Chihuahua.)

                                          Yeah, I see now ... What was weird to me is that "taco" is a spanish word whilst "bell" is english. "Taco" has different meanings. For instance, in Spain means "bad word" but it can also mean a little piece of wood or the food you eat at mexican restaurants.
