      It loads fine for me: Angular JS Application with MVC 6, Web API 2, ASPNET 5 and Gulp – Part 1[^] That's using Chrome Version 51.0.2704.103 m What are you using? [edit] Also works with the version Chrome just updated to: Version 51.0.2704.106 m [/edit]

                        I still have Vista Ultimate on a laptop (dual boot w/7) and on a desktop system. I only use them for testing. I never had a problem with Vista personally unlike most everyone else it seems. :)
