Perhaps you could add an unscheduled asset relocation recovery feature. A feature that could automatically dispatch a large surly fellow to re-appropriate the asset.

The reason you are getting sarcastic answers is that your question does not make sense. There are many different asset management systems available so how do you expect to define "existing features", do you think someone here knows all or even many of the systems complete feature set. Think about this, if I have a startling new idea on a product would I give that idea to a student so he can add it to his final year project? I realise you are trying to do the best project you can but this approach is not going to be useful. Troll through the asset management web sites, make a comprehensive list of feature from lots of them and then try and think outside the boundaries. You MAY come up with something new - good luck!
