I would be interested in knowing (1)At what level the people at CP have finished school. ex. High School, College, Masters etc. (2)Then, how important that person thinks it is to finish each level in terms of becoming/being a great computer programmer. Note: Question 2 would be with the mindset of whether it would actually help in the process of being a great programmer, not landing a great programming job. Question 2 would also be with the mindset of an all around programmer, not a specific one such as C++, VB, C# etc. Mark Sanders sanderssolutions.com
